Date: Aug. 10, 2013
The Boston Urban Music Festival is all about celebrating urban music with a focus on hip-hop, as the concert is an expansion of the Peace Hip-Hop Concert concept. Performers at the free local show come from Boston and far beyond. Visitors should be prepared to be part of a crowd, as this celebration has drawn up to 25,000 people in past years. The concert is just a few hours, so eating before arrival and having dinner after the show will save concertgoers even more money.
