Intel Closing Its Plant In Hudson
" BOSTON (CBS) – The largest maker of computer chips in the world is closing down its manufacturing plant in Hudson.

The facility will close by the end of next year. Intel’s Chuck Mulloy tells me 700 jobs will be cut.

“It doesn’t mean we’re leaving Massachusetts,” he says. “We have more than 800 employees at a microprocessor design center there.”
