
" BOSTON (CBS) – New Balance has filed plans for a $235 million expansion of its Brighton headquarters that will include a hotel, office buildings, a stadium for track and field and a hockey rink.
If this is approved, New Brighton Landing would be built on a 14-acre parcel of vacant buildings and parking lots on Guest Street.
Under the proposal filed with the city Wednesday, the new 10-story New Balance headquarters would feature 250,000 square feet of office space with ground floor retail space.
