Better Business Bureau: Watch Out For ‘One Ring’ Cell Phone Scam
" BOSTON (CBS) – The Better Business Bureau wants you to be aware of something called the “one ring” scam.

A computer sends thousands of calls to random cell phone numbers, rings once, and then disconnects.

If you return the missed call, you could be charged $19.95 for an international call fee as well as an additional $9 per minute "
