They might be more excited about them than the candy.
That’s because one of this year’s hottest toys is the Rainbow Loom.

It’s a plastic loom that comes with hundreds of colorful rubber bands from which kids can make bracelets or belts or any number of woven accessories.
Kids love it because they can make the wristbands quickly and in large quantities, then trade them with their friends.
The fad is attracting mostly girls, but some boys are also getting caught up in the craze.
A store owner in Framingham told WBZ NewsRadio 1030 the looms are flying off the shelves.
