" BOSTON (CBS) – Aaron Hernandez was back in court Thursday for a bail review hearing in his murder case, but the judge denied his request.
Hernandez, the former Patriots tight end, was ordered held without bail Wednesday at his arraignment in Attleboro District Court on a first-degree murder charge and five weapons counts.
Prosecutors say Hernandez orchestrated the execution-style shooting of Odin Lloyd, 27, of Dorchester, in a field near Hernandez’s home in North Attleboro June 17, because his Lloyd talked to the wrong people at a nightclub.
Hernandez pleaded not guilty and his attorneys, Michael Fee and Jamie Sultan, argued for bail "
