Brady Solid In Preseason Debut
" BOSTON (CBS) – It was only the first game of the preseason, but Patriots quarterback Tom Brady looked like he was in mid-season form Friday night in Philadelphia.

Brady played two offensive series in New England’s 31-22 win over the Philadelphia Eagles, going 7-for-8 for 65 yards and a touchdown.

After the Patriots ran the ball six times on their first possession, Brady began the second offensive series by nearly getting sacked. He threw the ball away for an incomplete pass, which ended up being the only time he didn’t hit a receiver on the night.

Brady completed four passes to rookie receiver Kenbrell Thompkins for 23 yards, hit rookie Aaron Dobson for once for 23 yards, and hit Danny Amendola for six yards on his first completion of the evening "
