Gronkowski told reporters on Wednesday he’s not ready to take part in this week’s OTAs at Gillette Stadium, but he hasn’t suffered any setbacks as he works his way back to the playing field.
“It’s coming along good; just rehabbing every day, improving every week,” Gronkowski said at a PLAY60 event on Wednesday. “That’s all I can ask for.”
While Gronkowski finds himself using another offseason to recover from an injury, this has been much different from last offseason when he was working his way back from multiple forearm and back surgeries.
“It’s way different stuff, I just have to be patient and work hard and literally give it all I have every single day,” said Gronkowski "
