The third-year linebacker said it was great to be out there again and he wanted to thank his teammates for keeping his spirits up and motivating him through this tough time.
Spikes said his knee is still a little sore but he understands that this is part of the process and even though it’s frustrating, it’s necessary.
He is also hoping to ramp up the aggressiveness out on the field.
