There are still questions in the secondary, but it’s hard to complain when the Titans totaled just 284 yards and only put up 13 points on the board.
The focus for the defense heading into the game was to shut down Titans’ star running back Chris Johnson, and they passed that test with flying colors. The All Pro back managed just four yards on 11 carries – a career low – and as a team Tennessee had just 20 yards on the ground.
“One of our goals every year is being able to stop the run and playing good third down defense.
