Report: Slater To Miss 4-6 Weeks With Broken Wrist
" BOSTON (CBS) – The hits keep on coming for the New England Patriots.

WBZ-TV’s Dan Roche has confirmed that special teams captain Matthew Slater will miss 4-6 weeks with a broken wrist. The injury was first reported by The Boston Herald.

Slater is a key member of the New England special teams unit, and was named a captain for the third time this season. His stellar play on both kickoff and punt coverage earned him a spot in the last two Pro Bowls, and will certainly be missed by the Patriots "
