Former Interim Mass. Sen. Cowan Rejoins Law Firm
" BOSTON (AP) — Former interim U.S. Sen. William “Mo” Cowan is returning to his former law firm.

Mintz Levin announced on Tuesday that Cowan will serve as chief operating officer for ML Strategies, the firm’s government relations arm. He will begin the new job next month after completing a term as resident fellow at Harvard University’s Institute of Politics.

Cowan served for about five months in Washington as Massachusetts’ interim senator after John Kerry resigned in January to become U.S. Secretary of State "
