NH House Panel To Take Up DC Voting Rights Resolution
" CONCORD, N.H. (AP) — A New Hampshire House committee is going to decide whether to back the District of Columbia’s grassroots effort to win voting rights.

On Tuesday, the State, Federal Relations and Veterans Affairs Committee will consider a House resolution supporting the district’s right to be fully represented in Congress.

The district that includes the nation’s capital has only a nonvoting delegate in the House of Representatives and no senators. Its budget and laws are subject to congressional review "
