Report: Micky Ward Bails On Scott Brown Endorsement
" LOWELL (CBS) – Local boxing legend Micky Ward has bailed on an expected endorsement of Senator Scott Brown, reportedly after learning of Brown’s stances on gay marriage and unions.

“I found out Scott (Brown) is anti-union and I’m a Teamster guy,” Ward reportedly told the Lowell Sun. “I found out he’s also against gay marriage and I say if you love someone you should have the same rights no matter who you are.”

Brown opposed gay marriage as a state senator. However, he has recently said that he believes the issue is settled in Massachusetts "
