Republicans: We’ll Certify Fisher For Primary
" BOSTON (AP) — A contested Republican primary for Massachusetts governor is looking increasingly likely.

Republican Party lawyer Louis Ciavarra said in court Friday that party leaders have agreed to vote to certify tea party-affiliated candidate Mark Fisher for the primary ballot.

Ciavarra said the paperwork could be delivered to the state secretary’s office as early as Monday.

Fisher had sued the party seeking access to the ballot after he said they violated their own vote-counting rules at the party’s state convention in March.

Fisher said he’s already collected more than the 10,000 voter signatures also needed to secure a spot on the ballot "
