
Sponsors UMass Lowell and The Boston Herald announced the debate Thursday night.
David Gregory of NBC’s “Meet The Press” will moderating the one-hour session Sept. 27 at the university’s Tsongas Center.
Gregory will present questions and UMass Lowell students can also ask questions from the audience.
Other Massachusetts students are being invited to attend and the public can participate via social media such as Facebook and Twitter.
UMass Lowell Chancellor Marty Meehan says the event “offers an important opportunity to educate and engage our students in the electoral process.”
