Abraham On Toucher & Rich: Chris Archer Is A Hypocrite For Lambasting David Ortiz’s Showboating
" BOSTON (CBS) – The Red Sox ended a five game losing streak Sunday afternoon thanks in large part to David Ortiz’s three-run home run to right field in the top of the third inning off Rays pitcher Chris Archer.

The round-tripper came just one day after a fan interfered with a possible Ortiz home run, so after Sunday’s blast in the final contest of a three-game series, Big Papi put his exuberance on display by flipping his bat and “hotdogging” around the bases — two big no-no’s in the long list of baseball’s unwritten rules, although common behavior for the 38-year-old slugger.

Rays pitcher Chris Archer took exception to Ortiz and instead of sending a message during the game, he delivered a statement following the contest to the assembled media, saying, “I don’t know what makes him think that he can showboat the way he does, and then nobody retaliates…He feels like he’s bigger than the game "
