" BOSTON (CBS) Р Josh Beckett is still getting used to hitting in the National League.

He also needs to get used to that 90-foot run from home to first.

On Thursday night, Beckett was thrown out by Carlos Beltran on what should have been a lead-off single in the bottom of the third inning against the St. Louis Cardinals.
