Pedroia, Uehara Avoid Trips To DL, Rejoin Red Sox In Chicago
" BOSTON (CBS) — The Red Sox did in fact get some great news on Monday, learning that both Dustin Pedroia and Koji Uehara will avoid a stint on the disabled list.

Both players were in Boston on Monday to get their ailments examined, and both came back with no structural damage. They’ll be day-to-day as Boston opens a three-game series against the White Sox in Chicago on Tuesday.

Unfortunately for them, temperatures in Chicago are expected to be in the upper 20′s come game time "
