Red Sox Trade Jake Peavy To SF Giants For 2 Prospects
" BOSTON (CBS) – The Boston Red Sox have traded pitcher Jake Peavy to the San Francisco Giants in exchange for two prospects, according to CBS Sports’ Jon Heyman.

Peavy, 33, has pitched better this season than his numbers indicated. He is 1-9 with a 4.72 ERA, and he’s struck out 100 batters while walking 46. Last season with Boston, he went 4-1 with a 4.04 ERA in 10 starts before posting a 7.11 ERA in three postseason starts "
