Report: Ortiz Appeals Phone Smashing Fine
" BOSTON (CBS) – We found out last week that David Ortiz would not be suspended for destroying the phones in the visitor’s dugout at Camden Yards two weeks ago, but the Red Sox slugger was hit with a hefty fine over the outburst.

Now, we know just how much Ortiz was penalized, and that the Boston DH is appealing the fine.
