Report: Red Sox Could Show Interest In Justin Masterson, Shin-Soo Choo, Asdrubal Cabrera
" BOSTON (CBS) — With the MLB GM meetings taking place this week in California, Ben Cherington’s long list of tasks before Opening Day kicks in to full gear. And perhaps some of his early phone calls are with the Cleveland Indians.

CBSSports’ Jon Heyman reported Wednesday that starting pitcher Justin Masterson, outfielder Shin-Soo Choo, closer Chris Perez and shortstop Asdrubal Cabrera are all expected to draw interest from possible trading partners, and Cleveland GM Chris Antonetti isn’t taking anyone off the table.

While it’s too early for any team to be definitively determined “in” on any of the players, Heyman speculated that the Red Sox could very well end up inquiring about Masterson, Choo and Cabrera "
