Reports: Red Sox Working On Crawford Blockbuster?
" BOSTON (CBS) – Carl Crawford has played in just two games this season — smacking four hits and swiping three bases — but according to Fox Sports the Red Sox are gauging interest in the left fielder around baseball.

Ken Rosenthal, citing Major League sources, is reporting the Red Sox contacted both the Marlins and Dodgers about a potential blockbuster deal for Crawford, although another source denied any contact with the Dodgers took place.

Red Sox GM Ben Cherington has also denied any contact with other teams in regards to Crawford.
