" FORT MYERS, Fla (CBS) — Following a last place finish last season, the Boston Red Sox are a highly motivated bunch as spring training hits full swing down in Florida.

That is evident at the amount of players who reported for duty early — as of Saturday only Allen Craig and David Ortiz were left to report — and are already putting in a lot of hard work.

But WBZ-TV’s Dan Roche brings us three members of the team who are motivated more than anyone:

1. John Farrell
