Saltalamacchia On Toucher & Rich: ‘We’re Resilient, We Never Give Up’
" BOSTON (CBS) – The Red Sox rallied in the ninth inning on Thursday night, scoring six runs against the Seattle Mariners for an 8-7 win that completed a three-game sweep.

This marks the 11th walk-off win for the Sox, who are just three walk-off wins away from breaking a team record of 13 set back in 1940.

“I’m careful to say it’s unbelievable,” Red Sox catcher Jarrod Saltalamacchia told 98.5 The Sports Hub’s Toucher & Rich on Friday morning, “because there has been a lot of things this year we’ve done as a team and we expect things to happen like that, but six runs last night. I don’t think we’re expecting that to happen, but it just goes to show you what type of team we got. We’re resilient, we never give up until that last out is made and we know we’re just going to grind through it "
